What a fun day!!

What a fun day this has been celebrating 50 years of life. WOW!! One of the best parts about it was celebrating with these great kids. They so make coming to work everyday so enjoyable. We had some great learning take place today especially in Montana History. Ask them 3 things they have learned about this section: "The Westward Expansion/Lewis & Clark Expedition so far and write them in the planner for free money. In Math today they worked in partners reviewing for our big geometry test that starts tomorrow. My reading kids learned about the Homestead Act today. Ask them what it is and how it was good for the Midwest Region. We also started small groups again with their group readers. Lots of new information being soaked up. Bananas About Reading: Last night our class alone read 1,395 minutes. WOW TEAM HANKINS THAT IS AWESOME!! Keep it up. Tomorrow is Library so get those books back. Have a great night.
