Fabulous!!!

Happy Thursday! Today was the final day of testing and these kids "rocked" it like Rock Stars!! Phenomenal growth made in math. Again, I will send home results next week so you can celebrate with your child at home. We finally got back into Science today with "Snowology". Ask your child to tell you what graupel is and if they can tell you, write graupel in the planner. In Math, we have been working on customary measurement and today we converted & compared measurement. Tomorrow we are moving into Metric measurement. Venture Theater: Permission slips came home today for Venture Theater if your child is interested. It is a 2 week commitment with practices M-F from 3:30-5:30 in the school gym. Hope to see a good representation from Team Hankins. This is a great opportunity. Science Night: PTA is once again sponsoring STEM night on Friday, January 31 from 6-8. The green note that came home today is asking for volunteers so if you can help out, call Terri. Blue Note: The blue note that came home from Mr. English today talking about the new security system. Please read it so you know the protocol when coming to Bitterroot. Tomorrow is PE so have those tennis shoes here. Recorders also. Have a great night.
