Open House Tonight!!

Open House will start tonight at 6:00 in the gym if you can make it by then. Mr. English is going to talk for a few minutes first before we start classroom sessions. I hope to see all of you tonight. Today was a good day in Room 6 other than lunchtime. It was a bit noisy so the lunch duty supervisors had "no talking". We discussed it when we got back to our room and they came up with a solution. Ask your child what our class solution is going to be for the rest of the week and write it in the planner for free money. I am so proud of them for identifying the problem and coming up with a solution!!! Yayyy! Math homework tonight. The practice 1-5 is due tomorrow and the reading big numbers one is due on Friday. I would like them to practice this for the next 3 nights before returning it on Friday. Library tomorrow so get those books packed!!! We started our Fallen Rock book today and the kids are already "hooked" in the first chapter. Ask them what the 2 brothers have to do and why. If they can tell you, write Fallen Rock in the planner. They are keeping the book here at school until we are done with it and then they will it home for you to share it as a family. Appointments: Please try to keep appts. to after school if possible.
